  • We only book one main wedding group per date, to better dedicate our time to our Brides + their groups alongside them. We only accept a select number of weddings each season!

How it all works: Inquiry + Booking

  • Upon contacting Vancouver Mobile Makeup + Hair, we take the time to learn all the details about you and your wedding to offer you the very best, customized options for your unique beauty needs (Even service options you might not have thought of just yet!)

  • Once we get an idea of your personal story, your event details and all your beauty services needed, we will follow with a services list for your consideration, best suited to your request.

  • When you have decided on your beauty needs, we make the booking process easy; from Inquiry + Pricing, to your booking payment and Bridal contract to secure your date + Services.

  • We are always available to address additional questions leading up to your wedding day. After all many brides are planning for the first time too! We are here to help, offer vendor recommendations and so much more!

The Main Event: It's the Big Day!
  • We arrive to your getting ready location early, and prior to the start of services. Setting up our stations and help you set a relaxed, stress-free tone for your day.

  • You have a full schedule detailing your entire morning of beauty with us. Each appointment  blocked in to allow ample time to provide our services for you and your Wedding Party. All arranged around your timeline needs, from when you need to start dressing, photos, to when you need to be out the door.

  • Prior to the start of our Bride's services, we take time to review the details of the look we are creating together, and/or any additional notes from your Preview session. That way we can ensure we are completely locked in with your final look for the wedding day.
